The Summer is Flying By

I just can't believe it is already the middle of August. The summer is just flying by. But we are having fun. I have so many pictures from the summer but I will have to go through and choose some favourites. The last two weeks have been a lot of scrapbooking - for the Quickutz Class last weekend and for my guest DT spot on Go Scrapping. It has been fun getting some layouts done.

The summer has been super busy with cottages, day trips, going to the beach and day camps. The kids are having a blast. We have one more trip to go on that will take us to the end of August. I have to say that as much fun as the summer has been, it will be good to get into a routine come September. Can't believe that my baby will go to JK in September!

Last night we went to see the Africian Children's Choir. It was such a fun experience and although Mer thought that it was a little loud - the kids really enjoyed it. It is sad that it takes events such as this to be reminded that we have such a easy existence in Canada and how much I take things for granted. Not a great picture (we were up in the balcony) but it is neat to see.
